1 Orbbie Williams appeals from the judgment of conviction and the order denying his motion for post-conviction relief. Williams argues that the circuit court erred when it resentenced him because it did not consider the change in the primary sentencing factors between the time he was sentenced and resentenced, that the court did not explain why the sentence it imposed was necessary, and because the sentence was unduly harsh. Because we conclude that the circuit court did not err, we affirm the judgment and order of the circuit court.
